InBupa Service Video
The world's population is aging. The elderly will become the largest consumer group in the future. Let's reimagine Healthy aging together. Seniors have long been ignored by the fashion industry, but it's high time for reform. It's difficult for seniors with limited mobility & poor online shopping experience to get what they desire. Hence I aim to help elders elevate the shopping experience & enjoy the things they love. It is hard for them to keep up with new technologies & services. Therefore, I would like to introduce a subscription-based rental clothing service for seniors called InBupa.
As an InBupa member, they have unlimited times rentals. The welcome box provides necessities which include membership cards, body measuring tape, shopping scanner, charging cradle, size guide, app & product instruction book, etc. For people who dislike using their phones, it's easy to place an order by using the scanner. The App & Website interface is clean & easy-to-use. It encourages stronger connections within families. An alternative payment method makes it easier for them. Stylists will deliver clothes to home by using a reusable clothing dust bag. They will help seniors try on clothes, offer companionship to reduce loneliness & return unwanted items. It provides free laundry service, which achieves medical-grade cleaning & disinfection. It is cleaner & safer than seniors wash clothes by themselves.
Brief
Understand the needs of 60- 80 year olds, and their families, and reimagine healthy ageing?
Opportunity
Elderly people have long been ignored by the fashion industry, but it’s high time for reform
How can we elevate the shopping experience for the elderly which will be a huge consumer group in the future ?
I saw an interesting phenomenon in the Care home. The elderly put labels on the items they like which is hard for them to get the clothes they love, because of the inconvenience of movement and poor online shopping experience.
